This 4,400sqft custom residence was designed and built by the owners of @TLANTIS for themselves. It sits atop the rolling hills of Singletree in a Sante Fe style neighborhood known as Appaloosa Ridge. The owners wanted to create a contemporary interpretation of the area's southwestern theme in a blend of Japanese details, mountain materials and Sante Fe style. The home was configured and sited to preserve privacy on the north side and magnificent mountain views to the south. Inside walls and niches were created to display the owners' collection of American Indian and Southwestern folk art.
