Bistro Roti is an upscale suburban eatery featuring a French rotisserie and a wood-burning pizza oven. We worked with the chef and owners of the highly successful Bexley Monk (a contemporary Italian restaurant and market) to rejuvenate this existing restaurant space to create a new bistro experience with a minimal initial investment. Reusing existing kitchen equipment, furniture and architectural elements where possible, a total facelift was achieved through a reconfiguration of spaces, new finish materials, commissioned European poster-style paintings and accent lighting.
