Colorado’s liquor laws dictate that Eat! and Drink! must each operate as separate retail entities, each with their own entrance, owner and POS system. Our greatest design challenge was to create a wine store that complied with the state laws but was creative in presenting a comprehensive “paired offering” within these constraints.

Both shops are visually and spatially open to each other so that the concept of pairing can be readily seen and discussed with customers, regardless of which side of the store they are standing in.
