CHALLENGE:
The Colorado Convention Center, located in beautiful downtown Denver is home to over 230 events annually. In 2012 they sought to update the food and beverage concessions to reflect local chefs and the use of food grown onsite in their 5,000 sq. ft. Big Bear Garden.
SOLUTION:
StudioAtlantis partnered with Aramark to create multiple concession designs highlighting well-known Denver restaurants and providing various seating and dining options. The ultimate goal was to design spaces that provided a coffee-shop atmosphere during the day and a beer-garden vibe in the evening — appealing not only to convention-goers, but also to the surrounding community.
